No. The app works without signing in. To sync between devices, Pro uses your own iCloud, with no account with us.
Then just leave the number out. Machines can be found by name, photo and muscle group; the number pad only shows up once at least one machine has a number.
Yes. Export a CSV from your old app, then import it in GymTracker under Settings › Import. Workouts, sets, RPE and notes all come along.
Local data is gone. If you used iCloud sync, it stays in your private iCloud until you delete it there. A JSON export beforehand is your backup.
