In the first year of my apprenticeship I started selling products online. Ever since, I would rather build the things I need myself.
As an apprentice mediamatician I learned design, IT, marketing and administration. Alongside, One Horizon grew: in 2022, aged 19 and still an apprentice, I registered my sole proprietorship in the commercial register. The limited company followed in 2023, the registered trademark in 2024.
I have been building apps since 2019. At 16 I published two party games, another app in 2024, and GymTracker and Paperkeep in 2026. Each of them solves a problem I had myself.
Since September 2025 I have been working at Valmonas Analytik AG in Steg: customer communication and planning, responsibility for IT, and marketing.
I enjoy work most where marketing, design and technology meet. I work with AI every day and see it as a tool no job should do without.

My first apps

Vocational school, VispFour years of training across design, IT, marketing and administration. The first year in school, the rest inside companies.
The first sales
In my mother’s beauty salonFor Christmas, the first products go on a shelf in the salon. They sell, and the experiment becomes One Horizon.
Melando AG
Gamsen, training companySecond year of the apprenticeship at an online-shop startup for used media: content in the in-house CMS, orders and shipping, social media. The startup closed that business in 2022, so I moved to a new training company.
Wohndesign Albrecht AG
Visp, training companyTraining company until graduation. Brochures, business cards and flyers for Wohndesign and Zasaris, including a flyer mailed to 20,000 households in the Upper Valais. The reference letter: “The quality of his work was always outstanding.”
My first company
Sole proprietorship, aged 19Still an apprentice, I register my sole proprietorship in the commercial register. The side project becomes a business, bookkeeping included.
Neo Horizon GmbH
Founded in RaronIn November 2023 the limited company takes over from the sole proprietorship. I hold all shares.

Valmonas Analytik AG
Steg, employedCustomer communication and planning, responsibility for IT, and marketing at a young analytics lab. I moved the company’s telephony to a new system, built an internal web app to plan pool-water sampling, and designed flyers, a roll-up banner and the website.

App StoreAfter another app in 2024, GymTracker and Paperkeep are now on the App Store. Odira is in final polish. Each app solves a problem I had myself.

- 28 countries so far, next up China, Sweden and Czechia. See the globe
- Diving and swimming
- Clear water and good visibility often decide where I travel.
- Snowboarding
- A fixed part of every winter, ideally on good slopes in Valais.
- Strength training
- Two to three times a week at the gym. That is where GymTracker came from.
- Design and products
- Well-made things, from eyewear to furniture. The reason One Horizon exists.
